I have used Uscarhire several times now, and have always had flawless service. Using the Alamo kiosks has always been a big plus for me, as, after a long day of travelling, i‚m not ready for yet another queue, or the american hard sell. The last couple of visits to Orlando, i‚ve flown into Sanford, as it‚s so much easier to navigate the airport. Granted, they only have a couple of Kiosks there. as opposed to about 17 at MCO ( I think ), but there‚s only ever been 1 other person at them, so it‚s a quick 3 mins, out the door, car and go. I also find Alamo‚s Sunpass to be the most reasonably priced, not to mention, having the freedom to choose your vehicle from the chosen category.

I have been using uscarhire for many years and the booking, pick up and drop off have always been extremely efficient and quick. Sometimes things go wrong, always my fault not uscarhire!! We had booked a car for a visit to Houston to visit our family but had to cancel due to our family loosing their home following Hurricane Harvey. When I contacted US Car Hire to cancel, the kindness & speed of service was exemplary and I received a full refund within 12 hours.
