Other agents pay the car rental company just prior to your rental collection date (or just after), meaning that if there are any problems with the agent, as in the case with Yes Car Hire, then your booking is cancelled and your payment lost.

In the very unlikely event anything was to go wrong with our company then your booking would still be secure since payment will have already been made to the rental company.
