What are your office hours?

• Our offices are staffed daily Monday to Friday when we will answer email enquies promptly.

  Our offices are staffed over the weekend but generally only urgent emails will be answered during this time.

Where are your offices located?

• We have 3 offices, located in Shropshire, Worcestershire and Kissimmee, Florida.

How do we contact you?

• Before you contact us, please check this FAQ to see if your question has already been answered.

  If you can not find an answer to your query online you can email us at info@uscarhire.co.uk - We will respond to your query promptly during weekdays, and to urgent emails over the weekend.

Who is uscarhire.co.uk?

• uscarhire.co.uk is owned by Orlando Villas Ltd and are now one of the biggest online car rental agencies in the UK.

  We have offices in Shropshire, Worcestershire and Kissimmee, Florida and have been trading since 2002.

How can we find out more about your company?

• We run a large, well known forum www.orlando-guide.info/forums/  which has several thousand members. Many of these members, which include Florida villa owners and Florida vacationers, use our services on a very regular basis.

  We know they will give us glowing reports, and answer any questions about our quality of service. You are welcome to view the Car Hire section of the forum, and we will not be offended if you post questions about us on the forum, as we understand that you must feel totally happy about the company you book through.
