Having patiently dealt with my queries during the ‚Volcanic Ash‚ disruptions, our plans fell apart anyway when we suffered a death in the family 24hours before we were due to depart. Your staff dealt with our situation promptly, courteously and professionally.
We have now re-booked the holiday for later in the year and will shortly be re-booking the car (through US Car Hire of course). I will be recommending your site to my family and friends. It is refreshing to find such excellent Customer Service.

we have used US car hire before and found them very good!! But this year they have really helped us, as the airline we use had canceled our flight on the 25th dec, so i e-mail US car hire to explain that we are now going earlyer and they changed our car hireto the earlyer date! but it was taked car of so fast it was untrue !!!! So So quick
