Just returned from Orlando and chose Alamo as car hire co. Thankyou for your service, will definately recommend you and Alamo, both excellent no problems at all. Just one tip to others, do remember to leave keys in car upon return and not in your pocket! Otherwise it is a sprint back to Alamo in 90 degrees of heat as my husband found!

Thank you for your excellent service and communication. You were also the cheapest car hire on the internet for the vehicle we needed. We rented a Dodge Caravan for 7 people with Budget at Orlando airport. Everything went to plan when we went to collect the van. Budget offered extra insurance that we declined as we had paid in full with US car hire. We were given a brand new vehicle with low mileage and everything was perfect. Just back from Orlando, Car Hire from Budget via US Car Hire 199% First Class, go fast track, no hanging around in queue‚s, ok be ready to take the heat and humidity for a few minutes, as the Fast Track Kiosk is on the 2nd floor of the multi-storey garage just across from the Terminal, but all do and dusted in les than 5 minutes and on our way in less than 10. Thanks Roger and the team, will be booking again later in the year....Returning was just as easy and no extra‚s....Great job...

Exellent prompt service,a last minute change of pick up and drop of point was arranged without any fuss. First time I have used your company and have already booked second time! Had terrible trouble with bad weather in Jan 10 flight cancelled twice 3rd time lucky, car rebooked refund received 1st time then delayed by a day, all sorted by email, very helpful staff, well impressed and on top of that cheaper than Alamo themselves so keep it up! would recommend your company to anyone that asks.
